As part of Come From Away, we’re proud to partner with four local organizations whose work reflects the compassion, generosity, connection, and community at the heart of the production.

Each organization will be featured during a performance, and $1 from every concession purchase made during that performance will be donated to that evening’s community partner. Audiences can also support these organizations by bringing along much-needed items.

September 6 | Women’s Resource Center of Northern Michigan

Supporting individuals and families throughout Northern Michigan, including children and families served through the Children’s Advocacy Center.

Ways to Support: Family-friendly snacks and meals, including Uncrustables, macaroni and cheese cups, granola bars, and other hearty snacks. Grocery store gift cards are also welcome.

And when you attend: $1 from every concession purchase during the September 6 performance will support Women’s Resource Center of Northern Michigan.

September 10 | STRIVE – Rotary Club of Petoskey

STRIVE helps local students build confidence, develop life skills, and prepare for their futures through mentoring and community support.

Ways to Support: Learn more about STRIVE and help support opportunities for local students.

And when you attend: $1 from every concession purchase during the September 10 performance will support STRIVE – Rotary Club of Petoskey.

September 12 | Little Traverse Bay Humane Society

Providing care, shelter, and second chances for animals in need throughout Northern Michigan.

Ways to Support: Cat and dog treats, blankets or towels, peanut butter, and laundry detergent are always needed.

And when you attend: $1 from every concession purchase during the September 12 performance will support Little Traverse Bay Humane Society.

September 13 | The Manna Food Project

Working to ensure individuals and families across Northern Michigan have access to nutritious food.

Ways to Support: Monetary donations make an especially meaningful impact, as Manna can significantly extend the buying power of each donated dollar. Physical donations are also welcome, including canned tuna, salmon or chicken; cereal; peanut butter; canned soups; and canned vegetables.

And when you attend: $1 from every concession purchase during the September 13 performance will support The Manna Food Project.

The production is nearly ready for opening and is only missing one final ingredient…the audience! A preview performance gives the cast and creative team the opportunity to gauge audience reactions and make final adjustments to the production before opening night. 

All seats for this performance are offered as Pay What You Will (with a $5 minimum) to help make the experience accessible to all. We invite you to choose the price that works best for you.
