When you purchase a subscription, your seat requests are considered priority and will be granted based on availability and guaranteed prior to single ticket sales.
EARLY SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS
Becoming a subscriber this season allows you to move ahead in line for subscriptions next summer with priority ticketing benefits. This helps to ensure you get tickets to the events that excite you most while they are still available and before subscription sales open to everyone.
CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO FEWER THAN 4 EVENTS?
For an order to be considered a subscription, it must be for at least 4 events within the 2020 Summer Season.
WHAT IF I WANT ADDITIONAL TICKETS FOR SOME EVENTS?
Place your subscription order for the number of seats you would like for the entire subscription (for example, two seats for 10 events). Then call the Box Office at 231.439.2610 or e-mail email@example.com and state how many additional tickets you need (for example, “I would like three additional tickets for Kool & the Gang, a total of five, and two more tickets to Postmodern Jukebox for a total of four”). You will still receive the discount for all tickets if your subscription is for 7 or more events.
MAY I CHOOSE MY SEATS?
To request specific seating, type a request in the Comments/Special Instructions box on the checkout screen, indicating your desired seats, such as front aisle, or middle section part way back, or row G on the left, or the same seats as last year. We will make every effort to honor your request. If you forgot to make a request online, feel free to call the Box Office at 231.439.2610.
WHEN WILL I GET MY TICKETS?
Your tickets will be printed and held at Will Call under your last name. You may pick them up at the Box Office in the Center the week of May 18 or the first event you attend.
MAY I ORDER ADDITIONAL TICKETS LATER ON?
Yes, we welcome you to purchase tickets to any events whenever you’d like! We will make every effort to find seats near your subscription or move your subscriber seats to a different location to accommodate your new request (based on availability).
WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND AN EVENT I SUBSCRIBED TO?
If you can’t make a show, just let us know! We understand summer is a busy time with lots going on and schedule changes happen.
- Share – Reach out to family or friends that may want to attend, but do not have tickets yet.
- Exchange – Contact us to exchange your tickets for another event within the 2020 Summer Season, based on availability (fees may apply if you are exchanging for a higher priced event).
- Donate – Tickets may be donated back to GLCFA and are tax-deductible.
WHAT IF COVID-19 CAUSES A SUMMER SEASON EVENT TO BE RESCHEDULED?
We are excited for the Summer Season and hopeful that all events will happen as planned. If the uncertainty of COVID-19 is causing you to hesitate at a subscription purchase, please know the following options will be available to ticket holders should an event get re-scheduled due to COVID-19:
HOW LONG ARE SUBSCRIPTIONS AVAILABLE?
Subscriptions will be available to returning subscribers beginning March 11 and to the public beginning March 18. However, subscriptons are available until May 24.
