Money, power, politics, scandal, and fast cars. In this absorbing and brand-new documentary, Alec Baldwin and Morena Baccarin star in the scandalous saga recounting the life and legend of the controversial automaker John DeLorean, best remembered as the designer of the iconic car featured in the 1985 blockbuster hit, Back To The Future. In getting to the heart of DeLorean’s complex, contradictory figure, Don Argott and Sheena M. Joyce’s forensic film traces DeLorean’s meteoric rise through the ranks of General Motors, his obsessive quest to build a sports car that would conquer the world, and his shocking fall from grace.

Hailed by The New York Times as “a smart, hook-filled blend of documentary and fictionalized re-enactments [that is] unfailingly engrossing,” and interweaving a trove of archival footage from those closest to DeLorean, Framing John DeLorean is a gripping look at a man who gambled everything in his pursuit of the American Dream.
